Client Reviews
From Businesses Across Selangor & KL
A mix of short notes and longer reflections, from a range of business types.
Ahmad Norizan
F&B Owner · Shah Alam
"I was getting the same questions from customers every day — menu, pricing, halal certification. The website helper now handles most of them. It sounds polite and gives the right answers. My phone is quieter during peak hours."

Suriani Lim
Tuition Centre Owner · Petaling Jaya
"Honestly I was sceptical. I had tried setting up a chatbot myself before and gave up after two days. Wawasan Digital did it differently — they sat with me, asked what I actually needed, and built something much simpler than what I was imagining. Four months on I am still using it."

Razif Hamdan
Logistics SME · Subang Jaya
"The task streamlining work changed three hours of my week. That might not sound like much but those were three hours I used to dread. The written notes they left were clear enough that I trained my assistant with them too."

Nadia Khoo
Boutique Retail · Ampang
"I chose the dashboard service because I had sales data going back three years that I never looked at properly. What they set up takes me ten minutes every Monday morning. I can actually see which product lines are growing. Small thing, but genuinely useful."

Yusri Shaharom
Printing Services · Klang
"The process was slower than I expected but in a good way — they kept checking that I understood before moving on. By the end I felt like I actually knew what I had, not just that someone had installed something for me."

Faridah Zulkifli
Home Services Franchise · Kajang
"I run three staff and could not keep up with scheduling queries. After the website helper was set up, customers could get basic booking information at any hour. It did not replace the personal touch — it just handled the repetitive parts so I could give more attention to actual bookings."

In More Depth
Three Projects, In Brief
A closer look at what the engagement involved and what changed as a result.
Case Study 01
Dental Clinic · Puchong · Website Question Helper
The Situation
The clinic received 15–20 WhatsApp messages daily about appointment availability, consultation fees, and whether they accepted certain insurance panels. Answering these took up about 45 minutes of admin time each day.
What We Did
We reviewed the most common questions with the clinic manager, built a website helper that addressed 12 of them clearly, and integrated it into their existing site. The handover took two sessions of about one hour each.
What Changed
Within the first month, roughly 60% of routine enquiries were handled by the helper without staff involvement. Admin time on messaging dropped from 45 to around 18 minutes per day.
"It handles the basic questions. When a patient actually needs to speak with someone, they still call. The balance feels right."
Case Study 02
Independent Consultant · KL · Task Streamlining
The Situation
A management consultant working independently was spending roughly four hours a week writing client update emails, creating meeting summaries, and formatting reports — all from scratch each time.
What We Did
After a planning conversation, we identified two tasks where AI tools could help: structured meeting notes and a drafting assistant for client communications. We set both up, ran through them together, and wrote plain guidance for daily use.
What Changed
The four hours per week dropped to around one and a half. Some of that time went toward preparation for a new client area she had been wanting to develop but had not had capacity for.
"The notes tool in particular — I had not realised how much mental energy the meeting writeup was costing me until I stopped doing it manually."
Case Study 03
Wholesale Distributor · Selangor · Business Insight Dashboard
The Situation
A small wholesale business had two years of order and sales data sitting in spreadsheets that nobody regularly reviewed. The owner made most decisions based on memory and instinct, aware that there was probably useful information in the files but unsure how to reach it.
What We Did
We reviewed the existing spreadsheets, agreed on four key indicators the owner wanted to see weekly, and built a dashboard that updated from their existing files. The first review session took about an hour and the owner left with a written guide.
What Changed
Within six weeks the owner had spotted a product category that had been declining steadily for four months — something that had not been visible before. They adjusted their ordering accordingly and reported a clearer sense of where the business stood.
"I look at it every Monday morning. It takes about ten minutes and I feel more settled going into the week."
