Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "We", "us", "our" refers to Wawasan Digital, a business operating from Persiaran Multimedia, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
• "You", "your", "the client" refers to the individual or business that engages us for services.
• "Services" refers to the AI integration services described on our website and confirmed in writing between both parties.
• "Agreement" means the written or email confirmation of a service engagement, including any agreed scope, fees, and timeline.

2. Scope of services

We offer three primary services to small businesses in Malaysia: the Website Question Helper, Task Streamlining Support, and the Business Insight Dashboard. The exact scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins. We may also provide supplementary advice, documentation, or handover sessions as specified in the Agreement.

We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. Any information shared as part of our services is intended to support your business operations and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice in regulated fields.

3. Engagement and agreement

An engagement begins when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope, fees, and timeline of the work. This may take the form of an email exchange, a signed proposal, or a comparable written confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an engagement if we reasonably believe it is outside our capabilities, or if circumstances change significantly from what was originally agreed.

4. Fees and payment

Our standard service fees are:

• Website Question Helper — RM 620
• Task Streamlining Support — RM 1,010
• Business Insight Dashboard — RM 1,405

Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is due before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, before the final handover. Payment may be made by bank transfer or such other method as we agree in writing.

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due within fourteen days of issuance.

5. Timelines and delivery

Indicative timelines for each service are:

• Website Question Helper — one to two weeks
• Task Streamlining Support — three to four weeks
• Business Insight Dashboard — four to six weeks

These are working estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your business needs and the speed at which information and feedback are provided. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the engagement and will give you reasonable notice if timelines need to be adjusted.

Delays caused by a failure to provide required information, approvals, or access to systems are the responsibility of the client and may affect the delivery timeline.

6. Client responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project in a timely and careful manner, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information about your business and its needs
• respond to our questions and review requests within a reasonable timeframe
• provide access to any systems, data, or accounts we need to carry out the agreed work
• inform us promptly if your requirements change significantly

We cannot be held responsible for outcomes that result from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

7. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for your business as part of the agreed service will be yours to use. We retain ownership of any underlying tools, frameworks, or methodologies we use in the course of our work.

We may, with your permission, reference the nature of our engagement (without identifying confidential details) for the purpose of describing our experience to prospective clients.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, data, or operational details to third parties except where required by law or as necessary to deliver the agreed service (for example, using a trusted hosting provider).

We ask that you treat any methodologies, tools, or documentation we share with you with similar care.

9. Limitation of liability

We carry out our work carefully and with due skill. However, we cannot accept liability for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability in connection with any single engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We make no representations about specific business outcomes. Results from AI tools vary depending on how they are used and the circumstances of each business.

10. Cancellation and refunds

If you wish to cancel an engagement, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.

• If you cancel before work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel after work has begun, we will invoice for the portion of work completed to date, and any remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded accordingly.
• If we are unable to complete the agreed work due to our own circumstances, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet delivered.

Refunds are processed within fourteen working days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Existing engagements are governed by the terms in place at the time the Agreement was confirmed.
